We have experience working on older buildings, trouble shooting and fixing electrical issues, upgrading and making them like new. We have experience doing major overhauls, building re-wires or any commercial renovation to any building. 

FIRE ALARM

We have years of experience with fire alarm installations and upgrades, including upgrading non-addressable systems to addressable. Working with engineers on all types of buildings we will ensure that the correct fire alarm system is installed to meet the buildings needs. We are also experienced in doing inspections and retrofits, as well as the installation of exit signs and all other life safety equipment. Safety is our primary concern.

Lighting installations

We have done installations and retrofits in warehouses and shops, converting the old metal halide or high pressure sodium lights into the new T5 high-bay fluorescents or LEDs. We specialize in knowing the exact amount of light you will need for the space. Or if it's a simple fix like changing lamps or the ballast in fluorescent fixtures, we can do it quickly and affordably. A little lighting can make a big difference. We have done many liquor stores, for example, changing old fluorescent fixtures out for new LEDs, which is better for wine and beer and a much nicer light. Our goal is lighting that enhances your business and that you are completely satisfied with.
